iPanduan.com ~ Salah satu layanan yang akan diperkenalkan di iOS 8 adalah integrasi yang lebih dalam ke layanan iCloud. Dan Apple telah memberikan kemudahan dengan CloudKit.
Mirip HealthKit dan HomeKit yang mana di iOS 8 ini Apple mulai lebih membuat Enaak-enaak kepada para Developer.
Tujuannya sederhana.. agar supaya iOS 8 bisa lebih enaak lagi dan pengembangan bisa lebih Sat-set; Bat-bet™. Nah di Tanggal 7 nanti Apple akan kembali mereset data CloudKit nya.
Kenapa harus di reset? Seperti Rumor kami kalau iOS 8 Beta 3 akan rilis 8 Juli 2014. Nah dengan asumsi kami tersebut. Reset data CloudKit 7 Juli sangat masuk akal bukan? Apple adalah pengembang Sistem Operasi baik versi Mobile dengan iOS nya dan OS X untuk versi desktop ini termasuk rajin atau tepat waktu dan mempunyai timeline yang jelas kapan Sistem Operasi tersebut akan mengalami update.
Termasuk versi Betanya. Biasanya sebelum versi Final Apple akan merilis 5-6 Beta sebelum akhirnya masuk ke tahap Golden Master (GM). Untuk lebih jelasnya simak saja Email Apple kepada Para Developer dibawah ini
Dear Developer,
We will be performing a server-side data wipe on all CloudKit public and private databases for iOS 8 beta and OS X Yosemite Developer Preview users on July 7, 2014. The following iCloud features will be affected: iCloud Drive, iCloud Photo Library, and Mail Drop.
Photos and videos stored in iCloud Photo Library will remain on their original iOS 8 devices and will upload to iCloud Photo Library again automatically. iCloud Drive can be re-enabled from Set up Assistant after upgrade. If you choose to store your documents in iCloud Drive, your Documents & Data will automatically be copied to iCloud Drive. iCloud Drive will not update across earlier seeds or operating systems. Attachments sent through Mail Drop will expire and need to be resent after you upgrade.
