Selanjutnya anda lakukan update versi iOS anda ke versi 7.1.2. dan apabila setelah update anda mendapati kontak banyak yang hilang. Anda dapat mengecek semua kontak yang ada dengan cara masuk ke aplikasi Kontak, tekan menu “Group” di pojok kiri atas kemudian pilih kontak yang ingin anda periksa dengan memilih kategori yang ada Show All Contact, iCloud atau Gmail. Dan silahkan anda cek satu persatu pastikan tidak ada kontak yang hilang dari perangkat iOS anda.
