Jadi begini, saya pengguna MacBook, mulai dari MacBook Pro, MacBook Pro 17, MacBook Air 13″ i5 dan terakhir menggunakan MacBook Air 13 i7 (Custom Build).
Semua berfungsi normal dan lancar. Performa aduhai dan sangat bisa diandalkan. Berfungsi sesuai harapan dan performa baterainya belum pernah saya temui di Laptop Non Apple (setidaknya Laptop2 sedulur dan teman2 seperjuangan).
Sangat sedikit masalah yang saya temui, tapi tiba2 sekitar 2-3 Minggu yang lalu saya nemui masalah dimana tiba-tiba Audio tidak berfungsi saya check di System Preferences Audio Internal tidak dikenali.
Kemudian saya mencoba solusi sederhana dengan melakukan Diagnosa Hardware di MacBook Air (Apple dengan cerdas menyediakan tools check hardware built ini nya)
Cara Masuk ke System Diagnosa MacBook Air. Caranya cukup mudah matikan MacBook Air, kemudian silahkan tekan tombol power bersamaan dengan huruf D pada keyboard dan tunggu hingga booting proses dan kemudian Apple System akan melakukan check hardware dan menemukan hasil ada Kendala Audio dengan Kode VFF001 seperti ini
Langsung Linglung, mengingat spare part Apple biasanya harganya mahal. Kemudian saya coba flashback sebab munculnya masalah dan seingat saya masalah muncul ketika saya mencoba Upgrade ke MacOS High Sierra Beta dan waktu proses update sempat ngancing dan gagal dan kemudian AUDIO INTERNAL nya menjadi tidak berfungsi.
Kemudian beragam cara sudah saya coba mulai dari FRESH INSTALL MacBook Air 13 dan hasilnya masih GAGAL. Audio Internal bener2 bermasalah (pikir saya saat itu) sampai kemudian saya test dengan perangkat Audio External Bluetooth dan berfungsi normal.
Akhirya saya mencoba Ikhlas kalau memang ini Hardware dan saya menunda dulu mengingat belum ada ESTIMASI untuk mbenerin hardware tersebut.
Sampai kemudian saya kontak Temen yang JAGOAN mbenerin Laptop di Jogjakarta. Mas Amritsa Genevantyo CEO dan Owner dari TakTipTop.com yang ngasih tau kalau di Laptop Non Apple sering tapi kalau di Apple belum pernah dan beliau bilang HIGH RISK š
Kemudian saya iseng Googling tentang Kode MacBook Air VFF001 dan menemukan beberapa orang yang mengalami masalah yang sama dan menemukan salah satu solusi yang belum pernah saya coba.
Sebelumnya saya pernah mencoba Solusi Masalah MacBook Air VFF001 dengan Reset PRAM dengan langkah-langkah sebagai berikut
- Matikan MacBook Air
- Kemudian cari lokasi Tombol Command, Option dan Huruf P dan
- Nyalakan MacBook Air
- Kemudian Tekan dan Tahan Kombinasi Tombol Command-Option-P-R
- Tetap Tekan Semua Tombol itu sampai MacBook Air restart kembali dan layar ngedim
- Kemudian Release semua Tombol
- Matikan MacBook Air yang bermasalah tersebut
- PastikanMagSafe power adapter sudah tersambung ke Listrik dan tersambung ke MacBook Air
- Kemudian pada Keyboard silahkan Tekan Bersamaan Kombinasi Tombol Shift Kiri+Control+Option dan Power
- Kemudian setelah sudah menekan segera lepas bersamaan
- Dan Silahkan nyalakan MacBook Airnya kembali
- Tadaaaa akhirnya Audio Internalnya Work kembali š
